Return & Refund Policy
Important Information
All communications regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, or damages must include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
The information provided must match the information attached to the order.
Returns & Exchanges
I Would Like To Return My Order
While we believe our products are amazing, we understand that personal preferences may vary. Customers have up to 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging/box.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The return package must be postmarked within five (5) days after delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Size or Color Exchange
If you ordered an item such as a t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, phone case, bag, shorts, or similar products and selected the wrong size or color, you may request an exchange.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Print-On-Demand Products & Cancellation Policy
Print-on-demand products are specially made for each order after the customer places the purchase. Because these products are custom-produced, production expenses begin once the order is placed.
For this reason, if a print-on-demand product is not defective and the customer wishes to return it due to size, color, personal preference, delivery time, or any other non-defect related reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Please note:
- Print-on-demand products may take approximately up to 20 days for delivery after purchase.
- Delivery time is not considered a valid reason for a refund or return.
- Once production has started, the costs associated with the product cannot be recovered, which creates a loss on custom-made print-on-demand items.
If a customer wishes to cancel a print-on-demand order after 24 hours from the time the order was placed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Important Notice
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- One-piece swimsuits
- Swimsuit bottoms
Any item eligible for return or exchange must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Damaged Items
We perform a thorough inspection process before dispatching orders, so damages are rare.
However, upon receiving your package, please inspect your item(s) carefully.
If you believe your item has arrived damaged:
- You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
- Photos of the damage must be provided.
- The issue must be reported both to the shipping carrier and to us.
- The item must remain in its original packaging/box.
Return & Exchange Requirements
All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- Merchandise must be free of makeup, deodorant, sunscreen, perfume, or any other stains.
- Merchandise must include all original tags.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- The package must be postmarked within five (5) days of delivery.
Please Note
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The packing slip must be included inside the return package so we can identify the order.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- In-person returns to our fulfillment center are not accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days after receipt.
- You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take approximately 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
For returned items, refunds are usually processed after the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. Please allow up to 4 business days from item pickup to warehouse delivery.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment used during checkout.
